URBMATH was approached to act as curator of seven retail units in a multi-ethnic shopping area in the centre of Rotterdam, based upon the renovation plan of V8 Architects. Our vision ensures the offer is innovative as well as complementary to the existing retail landscape. The name 'Concept Store Block' was conceived by us. Additionally, we have created a concept for the redevelopment of the adjacent public space and marketing activities.

At that time we had an ongoing research into the transformation of a building block adjacent to a shopping street where URBMATH also had a clear vision on. This vision was further developed at a conceptual level. In which, prove was delivered they were able to master various disciplines in an unconventional manner.
