The CBS building from 1973 in Voorburg, the Netherlands is besides the largest vacant office building, a historic icon, partly because of the atom basement and shelter, which is located underneath the building. Transformation of the area into a housing complex is directed by developing builder 'Schouten & De Jong' and area developer 'BPD'.
