URBMATH has developed an innovative program for a welfare organization aimed at talent development. During a course of eight weeks, eight youngsters, aged from 16 - 23 years old, learned to develop personal branding skills. The workshop series was concluded, totally in line with the perceptions of the group. In addition, certificates were handed out for completing the program successfully.

Particulars:

- workshop series integral part of the Beats, Rhymes and Life program

- the workshop functioned as catalyst for collaborations between participants

- masterclass stage presence by dutch hip hop artist 'Hef'

- Hef and Brian Elstak endorsed the workshop via a radio interview and social media
